Process

Once orders were completed, buyer/s will receive a confirmation text or email from our customer service team. Always keep in mind that delays may occur anytime for some unexpected reasons such as:  • Calamities  • Website Internal Problem  • Unreachable Shipping Addresses  • Unable to contact phone numbers  • Miscommunications

Delivery Time Frame

  • Delivery time for Metro Manila 1 – 3 working days.
  • Delivery time for Provinces   3 – 10 working days.
  • PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT DUE TO COMMUNITY QUARANTINE IMPOSED BY OUR GOVERNMENT THERE ARE DELAYS IN OUR DELIVERIES. ALSO, OUR COURIER SERVICES ARE TAKING MEASURES TO PROTECT YOU, OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR DELIVERY PERSONNEL FROM BEING INFECTED BY COVID-19 THUS MAKING SERIES OF DISINFECTION. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE.
  • Please take note also that our delivery service is handled by a third party courier, whether it would be Lazada, Shippo, Lbc, NinjaVan etc. We do not hold or control the time of the delivery once it is on transit status. If you would like to receive your order on rush basis, we also accept rush order available only in Metro Manila via Lalamove and Nehemiah Superfood couriers with straight payment.
