כמו כן, משרד Men@Work התחייב במסגרת שותפות זו להקים חממה בה יוכלו המרכז לגדל שתילים לחקלאות אורגנית. הבנייה האמורה החלה ב-19 בינואר 2015 והסתיימה ב-7 בפברואר 2015. החקלאי ג'ם גבונה עמד בראש תכנון ובניית החממה המיוחלת.

גם לאחר השלמת החממה, המשיך החקלאי ג'ם גבונה להכשיר ולהדריך את הצוות המיועד של מקלט הקשישים לחקלאות אורגנית עד שהם היו מוכנים להיות בכוחות עצמם.

ב-29 באפריל 2015, הוענקו למשרד Men@Work ול-ICCF תעודת הוקרה ושלט הוקרה, בהתאמה, על ידי "הגן לקשישים" על תרומתם ושותפותם שלא יסולא בפז ביישום שירותי הרווחה החברתית.
