Para sa karagdagang pagpapahusay ng kanyang kaalaman at kasanayan sa organic farming, ipinadala ng Agriculture Training and Institute (ATI), na matatagpuan sa Quezon City, si Jemuel sa Costales Nature Farms na pinag-aaralan ang produksyon ng iba't ibang pananim sa organikong paraan.

Habang lumalago ang kaalaman ni Jemuel sa organic farming, lumalago rin ang kanyang hardin. Dahil hindi niya kayang gawin ang trabaho nang mag-isa, kumuha siya ng 3 iba pang magsasaka na naninirahan sa malapit, at sila ay kasalukuyang nagtatrabaho sa isang 1,500 metro kuwadrado na arable land na nagtatanim ng mga pananim tulad ng Lettuce, Spinach, Arugula, Kale, Upland Kangkong, at marami pang iba sa iba't ibang uri.

Sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng mga pananim para sa kanyang sarili at pagtatakda ng mga ito bilang organiko hangga't maaari sa kanyang plato para sa bawat pagkain, natuklasan ni Jemuel na ang kanyang kondisyong medikal ay "justify-content: center;" ay nagiging mas mabuti. Pinasigla nito ang pagnanasa sa kanyang puso para sa organikong pagsasaka ng mga pananim. Kung minsan ay isang personal na libangan, ang hardin ni Jemuel ay naging Ateneoville Urban Organic Garden. Ang kanyang pagsisikap at mga nagawa ay umabot sa pandinig ng dating Kalihim ng Kalusugan na humiling kay Jem na i-rehabilitate ang kanyang sakahan sa Tagaytay City. Ito ang simula para kay Jemuel, at sa kanyang iba pang mga coach, sa pagtulong sa iba pang komunidad na mapabuti ang kanilang buhay sa pamamagitan ng organic farming; paghikayat sa kanila na bumalik sa ating pinagmulan ng kabuhayan – pagsasaka; at tulungan silang makita na ang yaman ng ating mga Pilipino ay matatagpuan sa pagsasaka.

Sa paglipas ng panahon, may mga hadlang at hamon sa daan na nagpalihis pa sa kanyang layunin. Ngunit kinilala niya na ang lahat ay nangyari ayon sa soberanong kalooban ng Diyos. Habang siya ay umaasa at naghihintay sa Diyos, ang Project Nehemiah ay papasok na. Noong 2014, nagboluntaryo si Farmer Jem Gabuna bilang miyembro ng Men@Work Ministry para mag-abot ng tulong sa Haven for the Elderly, Tanay, Rizal sa mga tuntunin ng pagbibigay ng hands-on na pagsasanay sa organic farming. Ang Haven for the Elderly ay isang residential facility na itinayo ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) upang magbigay ng pansamantalang pangangalaga sa mga inabandona, napabayaan, at hindi nakadikit na mga matatandang may edad 60 pataas. Ito ay nagpapatupad ng center-based residential programs at services para sa mga matatanda bilang pagsunod sa mga kinakailangan ng Standards Bureau ng DSWD para sa Level III accreditation.

Matapos makipag-ugnayan kay Direktor Ricky Bunao ng Haven for the Elderly, binisita ng Men@Work Ministry ang pasilidad ng matatanda noong Hulyo 19, 2014, upang talakayin ang mga detalye ng tulong na ibibigay upang matugunan ang mga layunin ng pagbabayad ng mga gastusin sa pagkain at paggawa nito. mga halaman na lumaki nang walang sintetikong pagpapabunga, genetic engineering, pag-iilaw, o mga pestisidyong nakabatay sa kemikal.

Ang Men@Work Ministry ay nakipagtulungan sa Haven for the Elderly sa pamamagitan ng “I Care For My City Foundation” (ICCF), na pinamumunuan ni Dr. Gina Caballero. Ang partnership ay pinangalanang "Project Haven," kasama ang Men@Work na responsable para sa oryentasyon at pagsasanay sa organic farming at ang ICCF na nagbibigay ng mga seminar sa mga halaga ng trabaho.

Ang Men@Work Ministry ay gumawa din ng pangako bilang bahagi ng partnership na ito na bumuo ng isang greenhouse kung saan ang sentro ay maaaring magtanim ng mga punla para sa organikong pagsasaka. Nagsimula ang nasabing konstruksyon noong Enero 19, 2015 at natapos noong Pebrero 7, 2015. Pinangunahan ng magsasaka na si Jem Gabuna ang disenyo at pagtatayo ng nais na greenhouse.

Kahit na natapos na ang greenhouse, ipinagpatuloy ni Farmer Jem Gabuna ang pagsasanay at paggabay sa mga nakatalagang kawani ng Haven of the Elderly sa organic farming hanggang sa sila ay handa na sa kanilang sarili.

Noong Abril 29, 2015, ang Men@Work Ministry at ang ICCF ay binigyan ng Certificate of Recognition at Plaque of Appreciation, ayon sa pagkakasunod-sunod, ng Haven for the Elderly para sa kanilang napakahalagang kontribusyon at pakikipagtulungan sa pagpapatupad ng mga serbisyo sa kapakanang panlipunan.
