Pwedi rin po kung may shaker kayo using cold water or use small bottle with cup, this way hindi po lalabas ang aroma ng powder. First time ko lang sumubok ng nehemiah products, itong paragis dhil sa pagtrending na madaming health benefits, dati lagi mabigat katawan ko at lagi mahapdi tyan ko sa umaga. Napansin ko lang sa sa isang buwan paggamit ko, gumaan ang katawan ko at hindi na ako inaatake ng ng hapdi ng tyan araw araw. Also napansin ko ang popo ko kulay itim at brown sa first 2 weeks. Sabi nila nag dedetox.

Sobrang sakit ng lower right back ko, at meron akong kidney stones sa right side, gal stones and cyst sa left side. Ang dami ko ng ininom na mga gamot and nothing works. Noong bumili ako at uminom ng tuloy tuloy, nag simula ng guminhawa ang pakiramdam ko, nawala na so far yung sakit sa likod. At nag pa CT scan ako, at lumiit ang mga stones sa kidney at gallbladder ko, nawala na yung cyst sa left side ng ovary ko. Ang laki ng tulong sa akin nito, last 3 weeks ago Hindi ako maka kilos ng maayos kapag Hindi ako naka pain reliever ngayon ok na, konting sakit nlng. I stopped lahat ng gamot ko. Pinag sasama ko ang paragis at turmeric and ginger tea. Ngayon sinabayan ko na din ng guyabano. I will definitely order again. Thank you so much and God bless you more Nehemiah.

So Far okay sa akin ang mga powders. I mixed it sa smoothies ko.kumbaga fruits with nehemiah products po. guyabano,paragis,lemon grass,mangosteen,moringa.
